Information we collect

We collect information you give us (account, profile, files, messages, and tasks), information from accounts you connect, and information created by using the product (including diagnostics and payments processed by our payment provider).

Google user data

Connecting Google is optional. If you do, we receive only the access you grant so the Google tools you enable can run. That may include basic profile information and, if you enable those tools, the Drive, Gmail, or Calendar data they need.

We use Google user data solely to provide those user-facing features. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train models. We do not share it except with processors that help us provide the feature, when required by law, or at your direction.

You can disconnect Google in Workfly or revoke access in your Google Account.

How we use information

We use information to operate Workfly: accounts, tasks, messaging, payments, security, and support.

Sharing

We share information with vendors that help us run Workfly, with people you choose to show a worker to, and when required by law or to protect Workfly.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and protect Workfly. You can ask us to close an account at privacy@workfly.io. We may retain certain records as required or permitted by law.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the product. Some features depend on them.

Children

Workfly is not intended for children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above will change when we do. Using Workfly after an update is acceptance of the new policy.
